CHRISTINA
As a college athlete and a fitness professional working hard in the gym has always been a requirement, so when I didn’t see results or when I lacked the energy to perform, I’d become frustrated and unmotivated. In hopes of seeing some change, I would attempt restrictive diets, that were not realistic long term and just didn’t allow "life" to happen. Events or holidays often led to cycles of binging followed by starving. I scrutinized everything I ate and struggled to have a positive relationship with food. Then I tried WAG. I leaned on my coach, who helped me dive into the emotions and triggers attached to my eating and supported my healthy relationship with food, viewing it as fuel; and I learned to #trusttheprocess. When I began my career in 2001 as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I was passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I now get to support not only fitness goals but complete wellness goals for myself and others. My goal is for all my clients to achieve sustainable, lasting results that fit into their life.
